Fun Casinos are the perfect medium for Charity & Fundraising Events. It offers great entertainment combined with raising money for your chosen cause.
What better way can you think of, than to gain pleasure and excitement by spending money!!
There are two ways that you can choose from to organise a charity fundraising event.

We will charge you a set fee to provide casino entertainment for you and your guests. You can then charge your guests an entrance fee that covers some or all of the hire costs.

You may wish to include a small denomination voucher that will entitle each guest to a few free casino chips to get them started. Once they have spent their free chips, they can then purchase more from one of your nominated members.
We charge you a set fee to provide an evening of casino entertainment. Anyone who attends your fundraising/charity night can purchase more Fun Money on the evening from one of your nominated members in exchange for casino chips at the gaming tables.

We will supply an unlimited amount of ‘Fun Money’ in a variety of denominations that you can sell. You can set the fee however, we are always happy to provide our guidance based on previous events.

We recommend prizes to be awarded to the players with the most amount of chips at the end of the evening. Our croupiers will organise & find the winners for you.

Fundraising Ideas

Some local businesses will sponsor charity evenings.
They can do this by sponsoring a casino table. In return you can promote their company on the table with a sign or personalized Fun Money with their company name or an order of events brochure, the ideas are endless.
Ask local businesses or friends if they will donate prizes for the winners. If you end up with lots of prizes, you could auction them throughout the evening.
Again, in return, you can promote their company for their kind donation, with advertising aids such as a brochure, fun money, logo or name on the entry ticket. Or the more traditional approach, thank you speech at the end of your evening.
At the beginning of the evening, you can invite people to buy Roulette numbers from the Roulette wheel (similar to buying raffle tickets). When the croupier does the first spin of the evening, the player with the winning number wins a prize or free ‘Fun Money Voucher’.

Charity casino night FAQs

How much does a charity casino night cost?
Charity and fundraising casino packages start from £179 and run to £899, across six packages (FCN1 to FCN6). Smaller packages suit raffle-style fundraisers, while larger ones provide a full casino floor for gala evenings.
 
Do we need a licence for a charity casino night?
Not for the standard fun casino format, because guests play with fun money and cannot win cash. If your fundraising model involves guests paying to play for money prizes, that is a different arrangement and should be checked first.
 
How does a fun casino raise money for our charity?
Most charities raise funds through ticket sales, sponsorship of tables, donations in exchange for extra fun money, and prize raffles based on chip totals. The casino provides the activity that draws people in and keeps them there.
 
What is included in a charity casino package?
Casino tables, professional croupiers, fun money and organised game playoffs, plus delivery, setup and pack-down. Branded fun money and sponsor signage can be added.
 
How many guests can a fundraising casino night cater for?
Each table hosts around six to eight active players plus spectators. For a 100-guest fundraiser we would usually recommend a fuller casino floor so guests are not waiting to play.
 
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. We are based in Essex and cover venues across the United Kingdom. Travel outside our standard service area, and London congestion charges, may be added to the quote.

Important Information

- It is your responsibility to nominate a chosen member in the selling of Fun Money Vouchers
- It is your responsibility to organize the sale of Fun Money Vouchers Ace of Diamonds staff cannot have any involvement in the handling of cash, only Fun Money Vouchers are to be exchanged at the gaming tables
- Ace of Diamonds will charge the organizer a set fee for the hire of the entertainment & will not make any monetary gains from the money raised
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all monies raised after overheads have been met are donated to your nominated cause.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that no cash prizes are awarded to the winners of the event.
